At times we are experiencing high call volume. To help with this, we have disabled our fax line and are currently using it as a second phone line to reduce call waiting. Your calls to (253) 277-3634 will automatically be forwarded to our second line if our first line is busy. However, there may still be times you may be unable to get through immediately. Please avoid leaving a voicemail and wait a few minutes before calling us back. If it is not urgent, please email your request or question covington@earthwisepet.com We will be monitoring and responding to email requests regularly throughout the day.
Grooming appointments are being limited and coordinated to protect our groomers and customers during this difficult time. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and park in the "Curbside Pickup & Dropoff" designated spaces and call when you arrive (253) 277-3634.
To limit contact, we are following these procedures for ALL grooming appointments.

More than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment
Please email us at covington@earthwisepet.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Provide your name, dog's name, appointment date and time, and whether you need to cancel or reschedule. If you'd like to reschedule, please provide your phone number and a few alternative dates and times, and we will call you to reschedule.

Once you place your order, we'll deliver your purchase to your door, typically in one day or less.
Once you place your order, we'll set aside your items for you to pick during our regular store hours. Park in one of our dedicated "Curbside Pickup & Delivery" parking spaces and give us a call when you arrive (phone number on designated parking space signage), and we'll bring your order out to your car.
We are following CDC guidelines and making extra efforts to clean and sanitize high-touch areas of our store. Each day we are designating a Sanitation Supervisor to disinfect these surfaces regularly. However, these extra precautions cannot completely eliminate the risk. Therefore, if you or someone you are in close contact with is a senior or immunocompromised, please do not shop in our store at this time. Instead, please use one of the options above to get the pet food and supplies you need.
